The main goal is to revive Jewish traditions, to help each girl to understand Judaism, value of the Jewry, after all comprehension of each is carried out action, and distinguishes a Judaism from all other.

The main objective of MaBaT - to create conditions for a high-grade religious life of the girls judaizing and identifying with the Jewish people.

Purpose of MaBaT are:

• Organisation of the Jewish educational programs for girls;

• Organisation of a religious life within the limits of traditions of a Judaism;

• Help in acquaintance with bases of the Jewish religious law and the Jewish traditions;

• Literature distribution on studying of the Jewish tradition;

• Realisation of communications with religious associations of the CIS and foreign countries.

The basic directions of work of MaBaT are:

Observance of Shabbat - a basis of the Jewish religion. Shabat is a sign on the union concluded Hashem with the people of Israel. Aspiring to revive and strengthen the Jewish religious tradition, MaBaT gives a great attention to a meeting of Shabbat, we try to render necessary methodical and material aid. Girls have possibility to develop their practical skills and prepare kosher meal for Shabbat and holidays.

Observance of holidays of the Jewish calendar have become traditional for Jews of Georgia. Activity of youth here again has considerably raised. Today, probably, all know, however important is to observe laws of holidays correctly. МаBаТ applies a maximum of efforts that all interested persons could spend kosher holidays.

Debate allows to unite intellectual youth, to develop in it interest to traditional Jewish values, the Jewish history and culture.

Tradition lessons are spent for participants who aspire the expansion of the knowledge. On such employment of the girls receive answers to many questions interesting them. Studying of the Tanakh and various comments, studying of the Jewish laws (halachah), comprehension of philosophy of a Judaism here enters.

The program «Video lessons» are video data by tradition, culture, stories of the Jewish people. Lessons become more evident, impressing and informative, probably collective viewing with the subsequent discussion.

The program «Jewish family» will help to learn that is told in a Torah about a family, also that our wise men speak about that that such the Jewish marriage, home life. Step by step we will devote this major in our opinion to the program a great attention, after all in a family has begun a high-grade Jewish life both for girls, and for young men.
